Abstract

The mechanism of management activities in the social placement of children in the region has been identified and studied. The management activity in this area has been found and proved to be only possible on the regional level. The subjects of management activities in the region have been identified and examined, depending on the form of care for orphans and children deprived of parental care. An approach has been proposed to be applied to the evaluation of the effectiveness of management activities in the social placement of children in the region where the main criteria are: the number of children placed under the family care and the number of children who are initially registered.
