Staffing The Agrarian Science Of Ukraine

Abstract

The complex assessment of the availability and use of staffing of scientific activities of the agrarian sector of Ukraine and the economy as a whole has been discussed. Measures to improve the quality of training researchers and create conditions for the most efficient use of their creative and scientific potential have been proposed. The need for the formation and implementation of a uniform state policy has been stressed as to the development of research capacity in general and human resources in particular, creating a new purpose-oriented program of development of the country's innovative infrastructure, making a purpose-oriented program to support personnel potential of the scientific system of Ukraine, forming effective mechanisms for the introduction of scientific findings in the country's economy, significant improvement in financing research activities, including that due to the increase of budget spending on science, development of an effective system of interaction between science, education and production.
