The Economic Reform and the Revision of Wholesale Prices for Industrial Goods

Author

Listed:
  • V. Sitnin

Abstract

The decisions of the September CPSU Central Committee Plenary Meeting on the transfer of industry to new principles of planning and material incentives were organically linked with the need to reform wholesale prices simultaneously. The organizational plan recently adopted by the USSR Council of Ministers for introducing the principles of economic reform in the operation of the individual industrial branches is based on the same lines.
