The current crisis in the domestic economy is characterized by a host of negative phenomena: a drastic decline in production volumes, budget deficits, decreased investment, inefficient market relations, a decline in labor productivity, and, as a consequence, reductions in employment and income and the impoverishment of the population. But what is the reason for such a profound crisis, and what needs to be done finally to emerge from it?
