Legal Problems in the Restructuring of the Economic Mechanism
The Twenty-seventh CPSU Congress posed the task of radically restructuring the economic mechanism in the interests of accelerating socioeconomic development and intensifying social production on the basis of scientific-technological progress. A number of serious legal problems arise in connection therewith.
