Abstract

Our state pursues a planned policy designed to make society more homogeneous, and it is implementing a program of measures to improve the well-being of the Soviet people. Still there is a small percentage of families that can be considered in the low-income category. And here enterprise collectives can render considerable assistance in addition to the measures taken by the state.
