The Infrastructure Under Socialism
In recent years the attention of economists has in one connection or another turned more and more to the infrastructure. (>u>1>/u>) This is due to at least two circumstances: first, the importance that this sphere holds for the functioning of the entire national economy; and second, the growth of the scale of this sphere thanks to the development of the scientific and technical revolution.
