In this paper it is analyzed certain variables of the Galician companies´ structural configuration and its relationship with the performance satisfaction level. Thus, we build a tipology of the companies according to their control frame and their number of hierarchic levels. Using this model we study which is the most common structure in Galicia. Afterwards, we analyze the relationships mentioned above using nonparametric tests. Basically we conclude that it is the size which mainly affect to the control frame and, consequently, to the different types of Galician‘s organizational structures.
