Pan Evaluation Of The Distance Education By The Students: A Practice In Karabuk University
The state schools and the private schools which have rendered service to the field of education, have gone into the effort of improving the service quality in order to attract the students to themselves. The evaluation of the student as a customer getting service and graduated with a high pleasant level from the school enrolled has been a situation that should be remarkable by all educational institutions. In the distance education, which a type of education of realized distant from the class environment snd by using technological materials, the measurement of the quality of service and the evolution has been more important than the other education types. This research is on the subject of the evolution of Karabuk University which has rendered service of distance education by the students. Within the context of the research, a poll has been conducted to the students by using SERVQUAL scale and MANOVA anlysis has been practiced to the obtained. Also, the measurement of the service quality has been performed and the values of the service quality received has been tried to be interpreted. While making comparison, the demographical features and the school informations of the students has been taken in consideration. In the result of the research, it has been reached that, the expectations of the students have been failed to satisfy.
