Rechtspolitische Folgerungen aus dem Ländervergleich von Regulierungsmodellen in der Telekommunikation

Die Evaluierung institutioneller Aspekte orientiert sich an den Erfolgen, welche die untersuchten Länder im Hinblick auf die Schaffung von funktionsfähigem Wettbewerb bei möglichst geringen Regulierungskosten vorweisen können. Daraus lassen sich für die Bundesrepublik rechtspolitische Folgerungen ableiten, die zum großen Teil bereits im bestehenden Rechtsrahmen umgesetzt werden können, vereinzelt aber auch gesetzliche Veränderungen erfordern.
