Exports and GNP Causality in the Industrial Countries: 1950-1985
This paper investigates participation and quantitative profit sharing using individual-level data from the German Socio-Economic Panel. It examines whether various types of wages and nonwages--covering job hierarchy, industrial, and occupational differences--act as complements or substitutes to individual participation and shares.
