    In conditiile de piata actuala caracterizata printr-o concurenta puternica, modernitate, progress tehnologic este foarte important pentru orice intreprindere sa-si promoveze cat mai bine produsele in scopul informarii publicului, vizand in primul rand fidelizarea clientilor sai. In ultimele doua decenii s-au conturat noi aspecte specifice activitatii comerciale, unul dintre acestea fiind promovarea unor noi modalitati de dialogare cu publicul si, in general, o perfectionare continua a sistemului de relatii comert-consumatori. Articolul de fata isi propune sa prezinte cateva idei principale privind promovarea vanzarilor si a unor exemple de tehnici de promovare din Europa.
