La valeur du cadre de vie agricole dans les couronnes périurbaines

Abstract

Un environnement agricole, forestier ou naturel constitue un cadre de vie que peuvent rechercher des ménages. En intégrant ce comportement à un modèle d'économie urbaine, on engendre des ceintures périurbaines où les agriculteurs produisent des aménités que consomment les habitants. La résolution de ce modèle permet d'obtenir des valeurs prédites de certaines variables, que l'on peut comparer aux valeurs observées dans la réalité. Le calibrage du modèle, c'est-à-dire la minimisation de l'écart entre prédictions et observations, fournit une valeur de variables inobservables, en particulier le prix des aménités agricoles.
