Políticas eficientes de inversión y tarificación de la infraestructura del transporte en España

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analiza la reciente experiencia española en materia de infraestructuras de transporte y se avanzan algunas propuestas para mejorar las decisiones de inversión en el futuro y los sistemas de tarificación de los distintos medios de transporte, partiendo de principios económicos básicos que asegurarían la eficiencia en la inversión y en su financiación.
