"New Work" in der Industrie. Handlungsempfehlungen zur flexiblen Produktion

Abstract

Das WIFO untersuchte im Auftrag der Fachgruppe Metalltechnische Industrie der Wirtschaftskammer Niederösterreich Best-Practice-Ansätze und -Lösungen, die die Mitgliedsbetriebe der Fachgruppe darin unterstützen sollen, flexibel auf Auftragsschwankungen reagieren zu können und die Bindung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu stärken. Der Schwerpunkt lag hierbei auf der Identifikation von Instrumenten zur Arbeitszeit- und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, zur Qualifizierung und zur Stärkung der Arbeitskultur im Betrieb. Die Best-Practice-Ansätze und -Lösungen wurden mithilfe einer Matrix, die nach Betriebsgröße unterscheidet, anschaulich dargestellt.
