Schätzung der direkten und indirekten Kinderkosten

Abstract

Aus der Kinderbetreuung entstehen den Eltern direkte Kosten – die Verbrauchsausgaben für Kinder – und indirekte Kinderkosten aus der zeitlichen Inanspruchnahme (Opportunitätskosten). Die Studie ermittelt die Höhe dieser Kosten in Abhängigkeit von der Haushaltsgröße, den Beitrag der öffentlichen Transfers zum wohlstandsäquivalenten Einkommensausgleich und die Differenz der Kaufkraft und des Pro-Kopf-Einkommens von Familien mit Kindern gegenüber dem Durchschnitt der Bevölkerung. Auf dieser Basis kann der Anteil jener Familien, die aufgrund der Kinderkosten von Einkommensarmut bedroht sind, ermittelt werden.
