Delimitácia Vzdušného Priestoru A Vesmíru

Abstract

Cieľom tohto článku je zhrnutie a poskytnutie prehľadu o rôznych prístupoch (priestorový a funkčný) vo veci vymedzenia vzdušného priestoru a vesmíru. Článok sa ďalej zaoberá možnými návrhmi riešenia tohto problému, vrátane ich analýzy a diskusie na predmetnú tému medzi vedcami s niekoľkými konštruktívnymi návrhmi. V tomto článku sme dospeli k záveru, že právna zrozumiteľnosť v tejto otázke by uľahčila stabilitu a predvídateľnosť vznikajúcich problematických situácií, ako sú suborbitálne lety, riadenie vesmírnej premávky, vesmírny odpad a status ľudí v priestore.
