A kísérletezés szerepe a gazdálkodástudományi kutatásokban

Abstract

Minden kutatásban, de a társadalomtudományi, azon belül is a gazdálkodás- és szervezéstudományi kutatásokban fokozottan lényeges cél, hogy a kutató személye, a választott kutatási módszer és a befolyásoló tényezők hatásainak kiszűrésével tárjuk fel az objektív igazságot. Ennélfogva a kutatások elemzési kereteinek előre meghatározottaknak, ugyanakkor univerzálisaknak kell lenniük, az elemzési modell változói gyakran alacsonyrendű skálán mértek, kategóriaalapúak, az elemzési folyamat konvergens, logikailag jól követhető, objektív. Azonban az a tény, hogy a fenti tudományág emberek (szervezetek) közötti kapcsolatokkal foglalkozik, valamint az, hogy a kutató maga is része a kutatás tárgyának, jelentősen megnehezíti az elvárt objektivitás elérését. Erre a problémára adhat megoldást a kísérleti módszerek alkalmazása. Ebben a cikkben egy szisztematikus szakirodalom-feltárást és -elemzést végzünk el, melynek célja, hogy felderítsük, mennyire elterjedt a kísérletezés szerepe a mértékadó szakirodalomban az üzleti, azon belül is a vállalat-gazdaságtani irodalomban.
