Ein produktivitätsorientierter Ansatz zur Evaluierung von Beratungserfolgen

Abstract

Bei Organisationsprojekten sind im allgemeinen die Kosten relativ gut vorhersehbar, der Nutzen ist dagegen schlecht abzuschätzen und nur unter einschränkenden Bedingungen monetär bewertbar. Im Falle von Produktivitätsverbesserungen durch Verschiebung der Tätigkeitsprofile organisatorischer Einheiten wird in der Literatur der Einsatz des hedonistischen Modells empfohlen. Im vorliegenden Arbeitsbericht wird die Eignung dieses Modells detailliert untersucht, um die Voraussetzungen für Anwendungen in der Praxis herauszuarbeiten. Zur softwaremäßigen Realisierung des Evaluierungsmodells wurde ein erster Prototyp entwickelt, der auf Personal Computern einsetzbar ist. Das Programm ist als Komponente eines Entscheidungsunterstützungssystems für den Organisationsbereich anzusehen.
