Studie: Insatz von BPM Suiten zur kollaborativen Dienstleistungsinnovation
Abstract
Das Ziel dieser Studie ist, aufbauend auf den im Rahmen des Projektes bereits ermittelten methodischen Design-Prinzipien, eine Analyse von bestehenden Referenzprodukten vorzunehmen, um daraus anschließend Schlüsse für die Umsetzung der technischen Komponenten des Toolkits zu ziehen. Die Analyse dieser bestehenden Toolkits bildet damit die Basis für die Definition der initialen technischen Design-Prinzipien und die sich daran anschließende prototypische Implementierung. Im Rahmen der Studie werden keine detaillierten Empfehlungen für bestimmte Toolkits gegeben oder ein Ranking zwischen einzelnen Toolkits präsentiert. Stattdessen steht eine Evaluierung bestehender Referenzprodukte in Bezug auf identifizierte Software-Funktionen des kollaborativen prozessorientieren Produktivitätsmanagements von Dienstleistungen im Mittelpunkt. Dieses Dokument gliedert sich wie folgt: Im nächsten Kapitel werden die Grundsätze des Service Engineering und der zugehörigen Phasen erläutert. Im dritten Kapitel wird die angewendete Methodik ausführlich beschrieben. Kapitel vier fasst die im Rahmen der Arbeit identifizierten Funktionen für Toolkits des Service Engineering zusammen.
