Abstract

Das vorliegende Working Paper beinhaltet Vortragsmanuskripte zu drei Dissertationsprojekten, die in den Jahren 2002 und 2003 am Lehrstuhl erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurden. Es handelt sich dabei um die Arbeit von Dr. Klinke zum Finanzcontrolling in mittelständischen Bauunternehmen mit integrierten IV-Systemen unter Einsatz baubetrieblicher Standardsoftware. Dr. Winter stellt seine englischsprachige Dissertation über das Themengebiet "Contractor- led Procurement" vor. Die Arbeit von Dr. Schneider beschäftigt sich mit Public Private Partnerships (PPP) im Bereich von Stadtbahnsystemen. Ein Aufsatz über das Themengebiet Einkauf und Logistik in der Bauwirtschaft von Dr. Leinz und der Beitrag zu den Herausforderungen für den Baustoffhandel von Herrn Witzig runden die vorliegende Materialsammlung ab. In den Aufsatz von Dr. Leinz sind die Erkenntnisse seiner in 2003 abgeschlossenen Dissertation eingeflossen.
