Arbeitsbedingungen und deren Bedeutung für die Zufriedenheit unterschiedlicher Berufsgruppen

Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit den Arbeitsbedingungen unterschiedlicher Berufsgruppen. Grundlage des Berichtes sind die Daten des European Survey on Working Conditions aus den Jahren 2000 und 2005. Es zeigen sich einige bemerkenswerte Unterschiede zwischen den Berufsgruppen. Außerdem sind die Arbeitsbedingungen für die verschiedenen Berufsgruppen von unterschiedlicher Bedeutung für ihre Zufriedenheit mit den Arbeitsbedingungen. Insgesamt ist der Erklärungsbeitrag der einzelnen Arbeitsbedingungen für die Arbeitszufriedenheit zwar signifikant, aber nicht sonderlich stark. Körperliche Belastungen haben eine deutlich größere (negative) Wirkung als intrinsisch (positiv) motivierende Arbeitsinhalte. Große Bedeutung kommt eventuellen Gesundheitsgefährdungen zu. Wichtig ist außerdem die Übereinstimmung zwischen Anforderungen und Fähigkeiten.
