Verteilung von Mitteln für Lehre und Forschung an der Universität Leipzig 1999

Abstract

Die Universität unterliegt dem Auftrag des Gesetzgebers, eine Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung einzuführen. Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts Hochschulbudget am Institut für Finanzen, wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät, sollen in diesem Zusammenhang Untersuchungen angestellt und Vorschläge unterbreitet werden. In dieser Arbeit wird die Verteilung von Mitteln verschiedener Titelgruppen im Haushaltsjahr 1999 betrachtet. Ziel ist es, eine Charakterisierung der Titelgruppen vorzunehmen und zu zeigen, durch welche Verfahren eine Verteilung auf die Fakultäten und Einrichtungen der Universität Leipzig erfolgt ist bzw. wie die Verteilung von Mitteln im Freistaat Sachsen vorgenommen wurde.
