Im Jahr danach: Bestandsaufnahme und Analyse der Arbeitsmarktentwicklung in Ostdeutschland

Abstract

Der Beitrag enthält eine Bestandsaufnahme und Analyse der ostdeutschen Arbeitsmarktentwicklung sowie eine quantitative Abschätzung einiger Rückwirkungen der ostdeutschen Importnachfrage auf die westdeutsche Volkswirtschaft. Ausgehend von einer Schätzung der tatsächlichen Unterauslastung des Faktors Arbeit in Ostdeutschland werden unterschiedliche Ursachen der Arbeitslosigkeit untersucht und zum Teil quantifiziert. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird der Analyse des Lohnbildungsprozesses in Ostdeutschland gewidmet.
