Abstract

Wir definieren die Arbeitsproduktivität als Ergebnis der arbeitsplatzspezifischen Höhe und Übereinstimmung von Anforderungen des Arbeitsplatzes und Eigenschaften/Kompetenzen des Bewerbers und verwenden den Gale-Shapley Algorithmus als dezentrale doppelte Auktion zur Zuordnung von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitskräften nach dem Kriterium der Produktivität.
