Das Paradoxon der Marktwirtschaft: Die Verfassung des Marktes und das Problem der "sozialen Sicherheit"

Abstract

Die Unterscheidung zwischen grundlegenden Ordnungsprinzipien und real existierenden Ordnungsformen ist entscheidend, wenn es darum geht, die tatsächlichen Ursachen von Erscheinungen zu identifizieren, die Anlass für Unzufriedenheit bieten, und um die Richtung identifizieren zu können, in die Reformen gehen müssen, sollen sie diese Ursachen beseitigen. Sie ändert jedoch nichts an dem grundsätzlichen Problem der zwiespältigen Einstellung der Menschen zum Marktwettbewerb. Im folgenden soll das der marktwirtschaftlichen Ordnung inhärente Spannungsverhältnis von geschätzten Vorzügen und ungeliebten Anforderungen etwas näher untersucht und die Frage nach den Möglichkeiten erörtert werden, mit dem "Paradoxon der Marktwirtschaft" umzugehen.
