Relativna važnost faktora rasta u Republici Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Osnovni cilj rada je procijeniti relativnu važnost faktora rasta u RH u razdoblju od 1997. do 2012. godine. Analiza je napravljena pomoću računovodstva rada na kvartalnim podacima. Serije za fizički kapital su konstruirane pomoću tri metode trajne inventorizacije, a metoda za odabir između različitih procjena je stupanj konvergencije procjene ka ranijim procjenama napravljenim na godišnjim podacima. Zbog problema sa dostupnošću podataka visoke frekvencije, procjena je napravljena bez podataka za kvalitativne promjene ljudskog kapitala. Ukupna produktivnost faktora rasta se pokazala kao najznačajniji čimbenik rasta sa udjelom od 57,2%, fizički kapital je slijedeći sa 45,4%, a udio zaposlenosti (nekorigirane za ljudski kapital) je negativan i iznosi -3,3%. Implikacije ovih nalaza u smislu ekonomske politike ukazuju kako su u tranzicijskom razdoblju strukturalne i tehnološke promjene kroz efekt na ukupnu produktivnost faktora imale gotovo jednaku, ako ne i veću ulogu od realnih investicija.
