Poželjna obilježja sindikalnih vođa današnjice – percepcije različitih dionika o ulozi sindikalnih vođa u oživljavanju sindikata u Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Značajno opadanje utjecaja sindikata u suvremenome društvu rasprostranjena je pojava u cijelome svijetu. Kao jedna od strategija oživljavanja sindikata navodi se razvoj sindikalnih čelnika odnosno kvalitetni sindikalni vođe. Naime, smatra se da u današnje turbulentno doba za sindikate, sindikalni čelnici trebaju biti sposobni napraviti zaokret – unijeti promjene u razmišljanje i djelovanje sindikata. U teorijskome dijelu rada opisuju se poželjna obilježja sindikalnih vođa današnjice – kako demografska tako i obilježja njihova stila vođenja, dok se u empirijskome dijelu rada, tzv. obuhvatom 360 stupnjeva, istražuje u kojoj mjeri različiti dionici radnih odnosa (menadžeri, stručnjaci za ljudske potencijale, zaposlenici, sindikalni povjerenici, sindikalni čelnici, predstavnici države) smatraju da su sindikalni vođe ključ neuspjeha (odnosno uspjeha) današnjih sindikata.
