Korporativne strategije poduzeća i obilježja menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala
Abstract
Sve veća turbulentnost i neizvjesnost u okolini poduzeća, u prvi plan stavlja analize poznatih i relativno izvjesnih entiteta poduzeća. Dva takva entiteta su strategija poduzeća i menadžment ljudskih potencijala. Strategija poduzeća kao osnovni smjer poslovanja poduzeća i menadžmentu ljudskih potencijala kao sustavan koncept koji brine o razvoju jednog od najvažnijih resursa svakog poduzeća. Pojedinačna analiza i analiza interakcija između dva navedena entiteta ima teorijsku i aplikativnu vrijednost. U teorijskom smislu ona povećava mogućnost uspjeha provođene strategije. U aplikativnom smislu ona prokazuje metode, politike i tehnike menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala koje je svrsishodno koristiti kod pojedinih strategija.Download Info
