Affermare con autorevolezza il diritto dei minorenni di poter esercitare il proprio peso politico, che a tutt’oggi viene loro impedito, argomentandone la grande utilità per l’intera società. E’ questa la sfida che l’autore del saggio (LUIGI CAMPIGLIO)intende sostenere.
