Abstract

Promover a “autodescoberta” dos portugueses - levá-los a exportar mais e melhor - exige cooperação inter temporal e implica tanto avançar na agenda comunitária de Lisboa quanto enquadrar a lusofonia na parceria global para o desenvolvimento. Este argumento desenvolve-se em três secções, que são outros tantos requisitos para o sucesso da aposta na globalização: diferencialidade, complementaridade, convergência.
