La modelización del tipo de cambio de la peseta y el marco alemán durante el período 1987-1996

Abstract

Se analiza el grado de explicación de la modelización del tipo de cambio entre la peseta y el marco empleando distintas hipótesis (fexibilidadde precios, rigidez de precios y efectos derivados de la cuenta corriente). Se ha elegido el período durante el cual España se incorpora al Sistema Monetario Europeo a los efectos de investigar empíricamente las diferencias que sobre el ajuste del tipo de cambio pudieran existir en un período anterior y posterior a dicha situación.
