Formación en las actividades de distribución comercial

Abstract

En las actividades comerciales se ha concedido un papel primordial a la formación, sobre todo para acelerar la modernización y la mejora de la competitividad de las pequeñas empresas comerciales. Sin embargo, en ningún momento se han analizado exhaustivamente las características y las consecuencias del mercado formativo existente. El documento de trabajo pretende analizar estos elementos centrándose, principalmente, en la demanda de formación por parte de empresarios y empleados del sector comercial como factor esencial para la mejora de la cualificación profesional. Se estudia, asimismo, la calidad y la adecuación de dicha formación a las necesidades de estas actividades empresariales
