Il lavoro presenta un approccio innovativo allo studio del coordinamento organizzativo basato sugli ultimi sviluppi delle behavioral game theory. La prima parte del lavoro illustra alcuni concetti base della teoria dei giochi e mette in luce alcuni parallelismi tra i giochi di coordinamento ed alcuni tipici problemi che si riscontrano all'interno delle organizzazioni. Nella seconda parte si presenta una rassegna selezionata di studi sperimentali sul coordinamento.
