Abstract

Bu calisma, sorumluluk tutarinin cek arzi uzerindeki muhtemel etkilerini basit bir iktisadi model cercevesinde incelemektedir. Model sorumluluk tutarindaki %1’lik bir artisin cek arzi uzerinde %1,7’ye kadar azalmaya yol acabilecegini ve bu duzenlemeden en fazla etkileneceklerin kucuk ve orta olcekli isletmeler olacagini tahmin etmektedir.
