Abstract

En Suisse, pays démocratique s’il en est, un projet de loi ayant obtenu plus de 100 000 signatures est obligatoirement soumis à un vote populaire. Ainsi, les citoyens suisses ont-ils été consultés, par exemple, sur le revenu universel, la sortie du nucléaire, le maintien de la redevance du service public de radio et télévision. Ils devront se prononcer ce 10 juin sur un projet intitulé par ses initiateurs : « Pour une monnaie à l’abri des crises : émission monétaire uniquement par la Banque nationale ! (Initiative Monnaie pleine) ». [Premier paragraphe]
