Abstract

It is a significant historical task to build socialism new rural areas in the modernization process. Although the relative importance of agriculture is decreasing, it is still serving as the economic base and playing important role in economic development. Whether the farmers can share the fruits of economic development or not will affect directly the build of socialism new rural areas. Therefore, these policies should help to build national agri-products market, integrate the farmers into the market and market economy, transfer farmers for producing crops with disadvantage to those with advantages, sustain farmers' income growth. Building uniformed national market, fostering factor markets, furthering rural financial reform, and structuring agricultural support system will contribute to these objectives.
