Abstract

Недавно Юрий Лужков огласил планы по созданию в Москве периферийного, автономного метро. По мнению авторов проекта, оно позволит решить две насущные проблемы: разгрузит существующую подземку и соединит спальные районы. Впрочем, есть и другие идеи. К примеру, создать дублеры действующих - и кольцевых, и радиальных - линий метро. Это предлагает Григорий Гольц, инженер-транспортник, сотрудник Института народнохозяйственного прогнозирования РАН, а также эксперт транспортного раздела нового Генплана развития Москвы до 2025 года. О том, что содержит Генплан и смогут ли эти предложения «разрулить» московские проблемы, он рассказал обозревателю «Известий».
