Денежные Потоки Под Влиянием Различных Факторов Переходного Периода

Abstract

Исследованы проблемы обособления денежных потоков от реального сектора экономики с учетом растущей доли теневой экономики. Сформулирован ряд предложений по оздоровлению денежных потоков и их переориентации в направлении реального сектора экономики. Проанализированы особенности денежных потоков на разных сегментах оптового и розничного рынков, возможности сокращения бартерных операций,взаиморасчетов, неплатежей, использования денежных суррогатов в процессе расчетов между предприятиями. На примере Московской области рассмотрена возможность экономии издержек в результате нормализации расчетов, в частности, утилизации отходов производства, что должно сказаться также на состоянии окружающей среды.
