Abstract

В рамках выполнения темы совершенствовалась система страховой защиты и финансовой поддержки сохранения биоразнообразия в целях компенсации негативного воздействия на окружающую природную среду вследствие антропогенной нагрузки. Проведено обоснование создания фондов поддержки сохранения биоразнообразия в регионах и на местах. Рассмотрено организационное обеспечение фондов поддержки сохранения биоразнообразия; проведено финансовое обоснование создания фондов поддержки сохранения биоразнообразия. На основе проведенных исследований подготовлены для апробации в ряде регионов России рекомендации по подготовке документов для создания конкретных фондов поддержки сохранения биоразнообразия в регионах и на местах (Межрегионального фонда "Живой Байкал" и фонда "Валдайский парк").
