Abstract

В работе рассматриваются вопросы сотрудничества стран СНГ в валютной сфере. Показано, что проблемам валютного сотрудничества и интеграции до сего времени в рамках СНГ не уделялось достаточного внимания. В исследовании разработана концепция развития и углубления валютной интеграции стран СНГ. Первым шагом валютной интеграции в рамках Содружества может быть создание системы многосторонних расчетов стран СНГ. На основе разработанных предложений по созданию системы многосторонних расчетов проведены экспериментальные расчеты по двум вариантам системы: системы, охватывающей все товары во взаимной торговле стран СНГ и системы, включающей в себя расчеты только по так называемым “мягким” товарам. Обосновывается необходимость на следующих этапах развития валютной интеграции формировать взаимоувязанную систему валютных курсов стран СНГ, а затем Валютный союз.
