Management of Entrepreneurial Activity in Family Business. Russian Experience

Abstract

The work discusses a wide range of problems linked with a process of formation in students positive attitudes towards entrepreneurial activity. Entrepreneurship is studied as a social institution and analyzed as a complex of social and typological properties of personality. Also the study investigates an evolution of value orientations of youngsters in post-Soviet Russia. The main factor of positive influence on formation of motivation towards entrepreneurship is a typology of families, specification of education, individual standards and values.
