Abstract

Relevance of the topic is imposed by widening national security issue in global system of coordinates, changes in Russian spatiotemporal coordinates in the area of globalization. In pragmatic approach the research work is imposed by the necessity of correction of Strategy of National Security of the Russian Federation 2020.
