Abstract

Este trabajo se propone explorar lo ocurrido desde la concesión en materia de desenvolvimiento de la empresa prestadora y la regulación estatal al sector. Se estructura en ocho secciones. Tras esta introducción, la segunda trata sobre la evolución del sector, la tercera sobre control de monopolios y promoción de la competencia, la cuarta sobre la política para el sector. La quinta sección se ocupa de la regulación del servicio, la sexta de los subsidios al interior del sector y la séptima del regulador. En la sección octava se reseñan las principales conclusiones.
