Abstract

The socio-professional role of women has established a new model of the relations between two partners, the couple became increasingly a place of refuge as the affective response to stressful conditions of the professional environment. Both man and woman are involved in different activities, spending most of their time on their job or on the way home or office. The degree of involvement in family life depends on the perception of changing roles in their career to one or both partners. Therefore, when one of the partners is focused more on its career the other one should take some of the tasks of the home partner. In modern family, husband takes a part of the obligations which normally belonged to women and the woman’s responsibilities includes some tasks which have always been considerated to be made by men.
