Abstract

Environment and enterprise are absolutely integrated ; their relations concern human at work, and more precisely its health. Environment is a public concept defined by State, aiming at the satisfaction of general interest though the right of environment. The worker's protection in the enterprise take place in the restricted limits of social relations (between employers and workers) organised by the labour laws. Beyond the divergences, the convergence of the two notions seems necessary and desirable in order to attain a common objective : the protection of human' health at work.
