Les Pme/Pmi En Algerie : Etat Des Lieux ; Sme/Smi In Algeria: Inventory Of Fixtures

Abstract

En survolant les étapes importantes du processus du changement économique nous constatons que l’Algérie vit une transformation radicale de son environnement économique depuis les années 1990. L’engagement résolu du pays dans la voie de l’économie du marché libère les énergies entrepreneuriales et donne une importance cruciale au secteur des petites et moyennes entreprises. Après le renouvellement des schémas de pensées à propos des PME/PMI, que représente ce secteur aujourd’hui en Algérie ?, quelles sont les perspectives de développement et les choix stratégiques à opérer en cette période charnière caractérisée par l’ouverture des marchés ? L’objectif de cet article sera dans un premier temps de bien cerner les caractéristiques et les compétences spécifiques de ces entreprises pour mieux les valoriser, puis et dans un deuxième point nous énumérons les contraintes et entraves inhérentes aux PME/PMI, pour arriver à la fin à identifier les différentes mesures d’aide et d’accompagnement de l’entrepreneur/ créateur d’entreprise très petite, petite ou moyenne, et signaler les stratégies envisageables pour valoriser ce secteur. While flying over the milestones in the process of economic change we see that Algeria is undergoing a radical transformation of its economic environment since the 90s. The commitment of the country towards a market economy frees entrepreneurial energies and provides a crucial sector of small and medium enterprises. After the renewal patterns of thoughts about SMEs, what this sector represented in Algeria today?, What are the prospects for developpement and strategic choices in this pivotal period characterized by open markets?. The aim of this paper will first time to identify specific characteristics and skills of these firms to better develop them, and then a second point we list the constraints and obstacles inherent in SMEs, to arrive at the end to identify the various measures of assistance and support of the contractor / entrepreneur very small, small or medium entreprise, and report on possible strategies to enhance this sector.
