Abstract

En este informe preliminar se presentan algunas formulaciones respecto al mercado de valores en México a partir de un enfoque sociológico, con la intención de superar las visiones estrictamente económicas. Se intenta aquí incorporar factores que por lo general no son consideras por las diferentes disciplinas económicas como partes constitutivas de los fenómenos, sino como factores exógenos que distorsionan las leyes o tendencias básicas de la economía. Este documento es una primera formulación de este intento, por lo que todos los comentarios serán bien recibidos y por lo que se exhorta a no citarla aún por tratarse de un ensayo cuyas tesis necesitan de maduración, mayor reflexión y documentación.
