Ефективни Граници На Аграрните Организации
[Effective boundaries of agrarian organisations]

Abstract

В статията се адаптира Икономиката на транзакционните разходи, която поставя аграрната транзакция в центъра на икономическия анализ. Микроикономическите фактори за възникването, еволюцията и провала на алтернативните управленчески структури се изследват в сравнителен и минимизиращ транзакционните разходи начин. Изследването се базира на поведенчески допускания за аграрните агенти като ограничена рационалност, опортюнизъм, вземане под внимание на репутацията и т.н. Специфичността на активите, неопределеността и честотата на транзакциите се разглеждат като критични измерения, които обуславят вариацията на транзакционните разходи. Разходите за използването на разнообразните форми за транзакция се поставят наред с технологията при дефиниране на ефективните хоризонтални и вертикални граници на фермата и фермерските организации. Построена е управленческа матрица с принципните форми за ефективна организация на транзакции от различен вид. Тази матрица показва: кои аграрни транзакции трябва да се организират от пазара; кои от тях ще бъдат вертикално интегрирани чрез различни договорни и организационни следсва; и кога пазарът и частната инициатива се провалят, и следователно е необходима интервенция на обществото като трета страна в аграрните транзакции.
