Zur Kumulation von Haushaltsstichproben

Abstract

Die Kumulation von Haushaltsstichproben steht auf der Agenda einer europäischen Neuordnung von Haushaltsbefragungen. Im Rahmen des Projektes ‚Amtliche Statistik und sozioökonomische Fragestellungen‘ des Statistischen Bundesamtes und in Abstimmung mit den EUROSTAT-Erfordernissen für neue Haushaltsstichproben (EU-SILC) werden in diesem Beitrag Wege diskutiert, wie jährliche Haushaltsbudgeterhebungen zu einem Gesamtergebnis analog einer nur mehrjährig erfolgten aber umfangreicheren Erhebung zusammengefasst werden können. Dazu wird ein Kumulationskonzept entwickelt und in die Diskussion eingebracht. Aufbauend auf diesem Kumulationskonzept sind dann in einem zweiten Teil Simulationsrechnungen zur Evaluation der Kumulation durchzuführen.
